Our guild group, Friends Forever, plans this gala to raise funds for the care of animals at the Nebraska Humane Society. And boy, do they know how to throw a party! This star studded bash takes two years to plan, so it takes place in the spring of even-numbered years. Some 700 pet lovers pull out all the stops and pack the ballroom of the Holiday Inn Convention Center for cocktails, a silent auction, oral auction and musical review. The Parade of Alumni dogs strutting their stuff on the red carpet (talk about putting on the dog) is always a highlight, and everyone has a doggone good time!

Our next Black Tie and Tails is Saturday April 26th at the Holiday Inn Convention Center 72nd and Grover. Cocktails, silent auction and festivities begin at 6:00. Kathy Tyree Productions will present live entertainment by the sensational women of the original cast of Beehive. You won’t want to miss this show!
