Sven the German Shepard :)  Our first addition to our new family! My fiancé and I adopted Sven (previously named Cadbury) from the NHS just a few weeks ago. He was a stray before taken to the humane society. He seemed very sad, didn't want to play or take treats, and was just looking for someone to love him. He didn't know how to sit, and you could tell had not been previously trained. I am SO happy to say even after these few short weeks, Sven can now sit, and lay on command, and has had no accidents! He is very playful, and loves to play fetch with his favorite stuffed ducky, but sometimes is ornery and steals his daddy's socks :) He thinks he's a lap dog and will make himself comfortable right on top of you. So blessed and thankful we were able to rescue him! |
