Simply Harley

Harley has turned into one of the sweetest cats you could hope for, and we love her so much.

I adopted Harley (she was named Chanel at that time) in August 2012. She was scared to death, and wouldn't let go of the blanket the Humane Society had put in the box with her. For several weeks Harley stayed in her box, even though she was free to run through the whole house. After almost a month, she ventured on my lap for the first time. I sat almost absolutely still so I wouldn't scare her.

Cut to two years later....
Harley owns this place. Hands down. She is now an incredibly social cat so waits by the door for me and my boyfriend to get home. I've taught her how to "hug," and she has so many toys that it's shameful. She also still has her blanket, which is on top of her kitty perch. Harley has turned into one of the sweetest cats you could hope for, and we love her so much.
