Snoopy Found Charlie Brown

Charlie is our gentle old guy who just goes with the flow

We adopted our Snoopy (aka Jasper) in May of 2006 as a puppy. Our daughter Molly wanted to attend Camp Kindness in July and from the first day we started getting text messages and pictures of "Jake". He was a Senior dog and had won the heart of our 12 year old. After 3 days of pictures we agreed to take Snoopy and go meet "Jake". We were waiting in the meeting room when they brought him in and once he seen Molly he wagged his tail and laid his head on her lap as if they were meant to be life long friends. We then learned that Molly had made special trips while at camp to feed, scratch and love "Jake". We did adopt "Jake" whom renamed Charlie Brown, initially things did not go well and we were faced with possibly needing to return Charlie Brown as Snoopy did not care for his new brother. Determined to make the relationship work we spent several days and hours reminding them how much they loved each other and WE ARE SO GLAD that we did! Charlie and Snoopy are Amazing and we LOVE them so much! Charlie is our gentle old guy who just goes with the flow and is a COMPLETE love bug! Snoopy is our Crazy free spirited guy who keeps our lives interesting! Although the intentions of attending Camp Kindness was not to adopt a sweet guy we are SO VERY glad Molly attended Camp and Snoopy found Charlie Brown.
