A1299580DOGNacho is currently in a foster home while he waits to find his forever family. Nacho's foster mom describes him as energetic, extremely quirky and an incredibly cuddly (and large) lap dog. He is hesitant towards new people at first, but if you give him time to warm up and a few treats, you'll easily win his heart over. Nacho is looking for adopter with an active lifestyle that can provide the proper amount of exercise he requires. He often joins his foster mom on her morning runs and makes an excellent running partner! After his morning exercise, Nacho spends most of his day sleeping (with a world class snore that can be heard through ZOOM meetings!). He is currently working on crate training and learning self control and how to walk appropriately on leash. Nacho needs an adopter who has the time and patience to be consistent and continue with his training. His adoption comes with a FREE 6-week training class here at NHS to set him up for success! Due to Nacho's strength, high energy, and impressive vertical, he requires a 6-foot fence. His new home must have adults only and no other pets, as he prefers to be the star of the show. If you're looking for an exercise partner who gives A+ cuddles, Nacho is the dog for you!
