A girls best friend  Winston Winston is now a huge part of the family My mom had been looking on the humane society website for about 3-4 months and every dog she found my dad and I would go to the humane society and literally the person right before us got the dog EVERY TIME! My mom started to give up. On December 27 she found a dog on there that she fell in love with and his name was Tiny. All of us had to work that day there was no way we could get the dog.. Right? WRONG! My roommate got off work early and went to stand in line at 9 am to put her name in to get him! When she texted me and told me Tiny had a background of abuse and neglect and that he is now ours I broke down immediately because I knew we were saving a dog! I had WINSTON on the couch when my mom got home and video taped her walking into the surprise! Winston is now a huge part of the family and one who will run my parents house forever! I have an 18 month old girl who is just in love with him. Every morning she wakes up her first words are " puppy" " where puppy go" she tries to take him outside and play with him all the time! Thank you guys for making this possible. Without you there would be no Winston for us and no rescuing others. |
