A turkey decided to break into a northwest Omaha home earlier this month. Nothing was stolen, but she managed to shatter a large picture window and left a trail of destruction through the house before animal control officers were able to capture her safely. She escaped major injuries, but was sent to Nebraska Wildlife Rehab for monitoring due to some minor cuts and scrapes.
